After the New England/Gothic literature (Nataniel, Washington and Poe), I'd like to talk you about three must read books, for those one who like adventure "and all" (who don't like it?).
It reminds of that talking that i had with my friend Bernard (the skater on my Flickr). We were talking about Holden Claufield, the hero in The Catcher in The Rye (Famous for its red cover, like Mao's one, i mean Mao's book). So we were in the school's library, talking about phoniness and other words that i didn't know about, and we were talking kind of very loud (because we are always loud!) which didn't bother anybody, because no one was really working nor doing stuff that you are suppose to do in a library. And after a while of havering about phoniness (i fact we were discussing of the phoniest guy for the faculty, the senior, junior, sophomore and freshmen. But we don't any phony freshmen, because the ones that we know aren't phony), i started looking around and there was that phony senior (hope she will not read it, I don't think so anyway, she is too phony to even take a look on a so intellectual blog like <--- that was phony), just looking at me and Bernard because we had some goddamn intellectual conversation about the meaning of phoniness.
When i read phony for the first time, i though it mean kind of guy that made too much phone call...
so next books on my list "to read" : Into thin air and Into the wild (Before watch the movie, that's for sure)

...And a would walk 500 miles...
And I would walk 5oo more, to be the man who walk 1000 miles to fall down at your door.
[The Proclaimers]
yesterday, I woke up and one of my friend call me to tell me "We go to states".
\o/
Explanations, two month ago I enter in a jazz combos to play some drums. I took lessons, and train hard. Friday was the jazz district festival, and I played. It was great, Thought i messed up sometimes, and now we go to the Maine State Jazz fest. We were the worst combos of GSA, but we got an 85, so i'm proud of me, and next years, you will heard me play drums, I swear.
By the way
I hit a squirrel with a snowball, lot of fun.

My new Neighbors
This morning I woke up with a big snowstorm outside, and a pair of new neighbors. They are very exited, i think they take speed or something like that, and the fact is that their house is in the wall next to my head. You already understood what kind of neighbor they are, Squirrels. It is the same guys who eat all the bird seed, play on the middle of the road (you have to see it to believe it), and are movie stars. On the road they are really dangerous they cross the and suddenly turn over under your wheels, or look at your headlights like they would look a moose in the eyes "go away you pussy".
By The Way
I played drums for my combos at the district jazz festival, it was great.
(for the video: sorry raf, i know that you didn't want to heard about that movis again, but i couldn't resist. It shorter than i thought.)

Hello World...
Hello world, This is the English version of my usual blog (Thomas2America41Year). I decide to write a new blog, just make a cut between personal experiences and analysis of the different political, social and economic topics (ok, I may seems a little bit pretentious. seriously, i think it is).
So here were are, for my first topic, I choose IFC and Sundance, the best channels ever. I mean, it is only independant movies, and i saw Calvaire (yeah that creepy Belgian movie), In America, Donnie Darko and the last lock, stock and two smoking barrels (from the same director than Snatch). These four movies are really good, old, and everybody has already see them, maybe not for "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels". I think we should have that kind of channels, instead of "young (dumbshit) tv" like plug or stuff like that.
So there, you learn that you could watch good (foreign) movies, without fees, and advertisement.
By the way, I've a research essay on the 1920's, and I do it on : The Unions.
\o/, i will never loose my prefered topic, never.
